When I first came to the Beginner series class, I took one look at Rio as she performed the Darling Nikki routine and decided that not only was I deeply unsexy, but also desperately uncoordinated. Fortunately, I was convinced otherwise when she taught my class how to do the "Stripper Walk". That was over two years ago, and I am still very much addicted to the art of Eroticize. I walked into this place newly divorced, flabby, and downright depressed. (Ugh.) My life has changed so much since that lonely time. I'm now a happy newlywed, having met my handsome groom not long after starting classes here. He *loves* to watch me dance. From the workouts, I've gained muscle tone and lost lots of cellulite. And my confidence level has increased to the point that I always remember to stand up straight and appreciate my body.

 

But the most important thing that I have learned is not to forget about ME. Somehow, in the daily grind of work and life's difficulties, I had lost touch with myself. You helped to me remember who I am--not some shy, withering wallflower, but a vibrant woman with a lot to offer the world. I can never thank you enough for this gift.

 

And then there's the crucial element of Girl Power. How easy it is to bond when you know that you're not in a competition. When all of these Hot Girls are rooting for you to land that move on the pole, you just can't help but love them!

 

You have all brought so much joy to my life. I will always pay it forward to all the ladies who cross my path, I promise.

Hot Girls,

 

I was in the beginners classes with Nina. When I first found out about the class, I was a little reserved because I wasn't a size 2, and not in shape.  I had some girlfriends who were interested and I thought for my 26th birthday I'm going to jump in with both feet! SO I called and signed up my 4 girlfriends and I for the beginners classes. The first Tuesday came and I'm going to be honest I was SCARED TO DEATH!  How was I, being out of shape and post baby, going to master these classes? Well I found a way, and they go by the names of NINA and RIO! Those ladies made me feel like I was the  most beautiful, confident women that had ever stepped into that studio. I was invincible, I could accomplish anything! I was out of shape after having my son, and that didn't matter to them. Every Tuesday night I had a class full of new friends that were not going to judge me if I walked wrong, or if the pole kicked my ass that night, they were all there to support me. You think going into a classroom of 13 women that you were up against 12 others and it was always going to be a competition..... IT NEVER WAS! We always felt EQUAL! Nina and Rio have the strength and passion to fill your core and bring you to a place where every woman is equal, you won't ever find that at a Bally's!

I would like to thank Nina and Rio for their full support, friendship, and most of all for giving me the courage to walk around naked after having a baby. The routine we learned in the basics class will stay with me for the rest of my life. I feel like I have a sex life again, I'm not ashamed to flaunt what god gave me. Thank You again Nina and Rio, for giving me back my self confidence, rekindling my sex drive and for boosting my self esteem.

 We need more friends like you in the world!!!

Every week I excitedly drive 45 minutes to attend the series classes taught by Rio and Nina.  Taking classes at Studio Rio has been one of the greatest things I've ever done for myself.  They are such great fun and a real tension reliever, too.  Just what you want in a workout!

 

I have learned so much in these classes.  From day one, I have had better posture and more poise in my everyday life as I've tried to "walk like a dancer".  My confidence has definitely been boosted by all of the positive "hot girl" vibes.  The GIRL POWER at Studio Rio is amazing!  It is a great place to make new friends and find support.  The "moves" are great fun, the music is awesome, the "sisterhood" can't be beat and the end result is hot, confident women! It is a great escape from real life (work, kids, chores, etc).  My husband is never late coming home so I can get to class on time! 

And I'm sure he is excited to see the results of my classes, too!

 

Every week I drive home dancing in the car and looking forward to my next class at Studio Rio!
